Returning your items is easy !
Too small? Too big? Not what you like? No problem, except for final sales, you have 30 days to return items you are unsatisfied with.
1. IN-STORE RETURNS: ALWAYS FREE
Whether you purchased your items in a store or online, returns in one of our stores are absolutely free. Show your receipt at the checkout and we will reimburse you by the same method of payment you used to purchase your items.
Please note that items purchased in stores can only be exchanged or refunded in stores. Also, items purchased as final sales cannot be returned, exchanged or refunded.
2. mail RETURNS: free for privilege MEMBErS
Items purchased from our website can also be returned by mail. A $7.95 fee will be deducted from your refund to cover return shipping charges. If you are a Privilege member, the return shipping charges are on us.

As soon as we receive your parcel at our office, we will reimburse you by the same method of payment you used for your purchase.
CANCELLING AN ONLINE ORDER
As long as we have not sent you a shipping confirmation, you can cancel your order by calling 514 416-5020 or 1 844 312-6228.
If you have already received the shipping confirmation, your parcel is on its way. No worries, you can return the items by following the normal procedure indicated above.
RETURNING ITEMS PURCHASED IN STORES
Items purchased in stores can only be exchanged or refunded in stores within 30 days following the date of purchase. We will reimburse you by the same method of payment you used for your purchase. Items on sale cannot be returned.
Important: Items must be returned in new condition and carry the original label. Items that have been washed, stained or damaged will not be refunded or exchanged. For hygienic purposes, underwear, swimwear and pierced earrings are not refundable or exchangeable. Gift Cards are not refundable.
